School Liaison Officers Neighbourhood Policing Teams Frontline Officers Working Together 2026 KCSIE 2025 Contextual Safeguarding

This resource pack has been developed for police officers in roles that bring them into contact with vulnerable children and young people — including school liaison officers, neighbourhood policing teams, and frontline responders. All content is grounded in UK law and current statutory guidance: Working Together to Safeguard Children 2026, Keeping Children Safe in Education 2025, the Children Act 1989 and 2004, and the Modern Slavery Act 2015. British English and UK terminology are used throughout.
